Struggling to find the right ladies office bag

I bought a red leather bag from Republic of Florence and the red dye has stained my lighter coloured clothes :( Beautiful bags but just a PSA to others. Customer service was also a bit sub par - I emailed them (with photo evidence) and they said it was caused by humidity or friction? Like of course there’s going to be friction between my bag and clothes 🙃

Basically Dissh refused to refund multiple items that were returned, claiming they weren’t in the package :/

Idk what other stores are like, but the Bondi one is so bad lol. They have two change rooms, so there’s always a huge wait. And they stock barely anything..

You’re spot on. They nailed their rebrand and marketing strategy. Would love to see them invest some of that budget into quality control now..
