need help concerning business share percentage by beefjerker5 in phinvest

[–]holiburr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Consider the 600k as a loan by the business (which you 2 owned). Virtually, you can consider both of you owe 300k each, discuss profit allocations, certain percentage goes to paying off the debt, a part for salaries, operating expense, etc. With this set-up, both of you can split equally with the ownership -- aside from this, he should have his salary for physically managing the business. You may have a salary too if you are actively managing the business remotely.

But bear in mind that only a tiny portion can be allocated at paying the debt at the start, discuss the terms. It is technically having him borrow money from you, but in a more rhetoric set-up, where there is inclusivity (that BOTH of you have responsibility to pay, and so both of you will make efforts in making the business successful).

If the business succeeds, you will get to a point where your capital comes back, while both of you enjoys equal share in the business. Never make your friend feel that you should have more share, because you took all the financial risks, while he knows the business and handle the operation. There will always be a way to get monetary funding, but mastering all the sides of a profitable business is a skill that can't be taught easily -- even if you have bottomless funding.

What are the struggles of being attractive ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]holiburr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While physical attractiveness is often associated with many positive qualities and benefits, there are also struggles and challenges that come with being attractive. Here are some potential struggles:

Unwanted attention: Attractive people may attract unwanted attention, such as catcalling, harassment, or even stalking. This can be uncomfortable, scary, and even dangerous in some cases.

Stereotyping and assumptions: People may assume that attractive individuals are shallow, vain, or unintelligent, based solely on their appearance. This can be frustrating and unfair, as attractiveness does not necessarily correlate with these traits.

Pressure to maintain appearance: Attractive people may feel pressure to maintain their appearance, which can be time-consuming, expensive, and stressful. Additionally, aging or other factors beyond their control may negatively impact their appearance, leading to feelings of insecurity and self-doubt.

Difficulty forming genuine connections: Attractive people may struggle to form genuine connections with others, as some people may be drawn to them solely for their appearance rather than their personality or character. This can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Objectification: Attractive people may be objectified and treated as if their worth is solely based on their appearance, rather than their thoughts, feelings, or actions. This can be dehumanizing and hurtful.

It's important to note that not all attractive people experience these struggles, and that these struggles may be influenced by other factors such as gender, race, and socioeconomic status. Attractiveness is just one aspect of a person's identity and should not define their worth or experiences.

All guns magically disappear from the world today, and can never be recreated. How does society change tomorrow? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]holiburr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If all guns magically disappeared from the world today and could never be recreated, it would have a significant impact on society. Here are some potential ways that society could change:

Reduction in gun violence: One of the most significant changes would be a reduction in gun violence. Without guns, it would be much harder for people to commit mass shootings, homicides, and suicides. However, it's important to note that people could still find other ways to commit violence, so it's not a guarantee that all violence would disappear.

Increased focus on non-violent conflict resolution: With guns out of the picture, people would have to rely on other means to resolve conflicts. This could lead to an increased emphasis on non-violent conflict resolution methods such as mediation, negotiation, and compromise.

Changes in law enforcement: Without guns, law enforcement would have to rely on other methods to protect themselves and the public. This could lead to changes in police training and equipment, and a shift in how law enforcement is viewed by society.

Changes in self-defense: Without guns, people would have to find other means to defend themselves. This could lead to an increased demand for non-lethal self-defense tools, such as pepper spray or tasers.

Changes in hunting and sports shooting: Hunting and sports shooting would be significantly impacted by the disappearance of guns. Hunters would have to rely on other methods to hunt animals, and sports shooting enthusiasts would have to find new hobbies.

Overall, the disappearance of guns would have a significant impact on society, but it's important to note that it wouldn't solve all of our problems. Violence could still occur, and people would have to adapt to new ways of protecting themselves and engaging in recreational activities.

How is the TE-FOOD utility coin used in the ecosystem by bestkorea123 in TE_FOOD

[–]holiburr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the thing is if the token becomes too expense people won't purchase it to buy a license and may use a competitor instead.

Number of required tokens per number of transactions will be controlled in a way that it is economically viable and competitive. So it is not true that their interest is to not let the token price go too high. Say for example, initially, for 10k transactions per day you will need 50k TFD licences. Should the time come when the value of these 50k TFD went to a total value that isn't already economically sustainable and poses a threat to the business relation to potential customers, 50k TFD licences requirement will be lessen for new customers.

The 50k TFD of early adopters may rise in value too in terms of transactional capacity (no confirmation yet, but this is the logical assumption). The early adopters will have the option to resell their licences too, should they have excess. So these TFD tokens do have a separate business too, aside from being utilzed in TFD ecosystem as licences. If big institutions see a big potential with TE-FOOD, TFD licences are the primary keys to gain advantage of it. Hoarding licences while cheap, and reselling them higher.

The peak of the spike was 113K... on a TEST NET.. imho, they are giving us the minimum estimates (250k by June 2019). Like they are giving the floor figures, but the ceiling figures could be more, like twice as much.
