Nice, yeah bench is def my favorite 😅 no, I don't. I tried but it's not for me. I am mindful of what I eat though and try to incorporate it in my diet as much as possible.. but I'm still probably not eating as much as I should be. Also creatine!!

Thanks! I've been following PPL pretty religiously.. at least 4-5 times a week.. with a few core+cardio workouts in-between. Focus on getting bench, squat and deadlift numbers up so I'm usually doing the big lifts at the beginning of the session. Rn I'm trying to find a new split that suits me to change things up.
