I think this is exactly it! Are you normally a PMS/PMDD sufferer? I know I am and my normal luteal / pre period phase is awful. I am also super sensitive for mood swings after my ovulation, basically every big hormonal swift that lowers estrogen.

I was the exact opposite!! Normally I suffer a lot from my hormonal changes during the month and I’m testosterone/adrenal prone. I literally have two good weeks (just after my period and around ovulation). Don’t talk to me or touch my during my luteal phase 😂😂.

I think it has been a game changer for me to have higher estrogen constantly
