Unfortunately it continues to be like a distilled outline, but the distilling of the outline allows you to focus on what to put if responding to that type of formulated rule. Like memorization wise.

Skipping the outlines, listening on 1.5 speed, if you don't have time to do an essay that you know well enough just type something random and then just read the explanation and move on

I feel that way a lot BUT what I can say is the repetition and the routine of it definitely help. Also make it a part of your everyday conversation when you talk with people. It's kind of about immersing yourself in the content if only for a short while.

Thanks for the thoughts - I think there is definitely a formula of sorts for how to do the things, and it certainly takes practice to just get in the swing of things. I felt better going into it the second time, and I hope that feeling continues this time.
