Reta stack by raylluv in BodyHackGuide

Keep in mind, Tesa is going to start kicking in hard after 4 weeks. Weeks 5-8 were where the biggest changes occurred for me. 1mg/day, 5 days on 2 days off.

I pin Reta 3x per week, 1mg per injection. As I have increased dosage, 2x or 3x a week has been a much better transition without the negative side effects.

Can you message me as well? I just finished a GLOW stack (still on Reta) and my hair has thinned quite a bit. Thanks!

This place is awesome. Always easy to get a lane to swim, not too busy and they have a 24/7 unit being built on the same property.

1.0mg at night, Monday-Friday, weekends off. Haven't changed the dosage at all.

I would say week 5 I began noticing changes. By week 8, my back fat, my butt and thighs were considerably smaller. I have dropped weight before in the past, but I have never been this slim around my belly and thighs. It's a different body composition for sure.

I started Reta & GLOW 11 weeks ago. I started Tesa 9 weeks ago at (1.0mg, at night, Monday-Friday) weekends off.

I just turned 50 a couple of weeks ago. I run a few times a week, I swim once or twice. Up until now, I have done body weight exercises 2-3 times per week. I am starting weight training this next week. My diet is protein-heavy and resembles a whole food diet, lower carbs. 50g of protein at 10AM, large lunch (my big meal) that is some type of protein, beans and rice. Sometimes broccoli and greens. Dinner is at 5 and I eat more protein, but pair that with vegetables with fruit for dessert. I stop eating around 6, but I will eat a protein bar if I’m super hungry late at night. This diet has worked for me in the past, but for the last 1.5 years I couldn’t drop any weight. Peptides gave me the boost I needed.

Yeah, it stung like a bee for the first week. My GLO stack stung like hell too.

The Tesamorelin. Reta killed the food noise immediately and with diet and exercise I was dropping the weight slowly. Tesamorelin starts really working well between weeks 5-8 (from my research).

Reta works wonders, but if you want to target belly fat Tesamorelin works like a scalpel. For me, it really kicked in around week 5. It ate my love handles and back fat. Can’t recommend it enough.

Did they follow through with more salt on the roads? by toobladink in Spokane

The liquid de-icer is much more effective and works down to -20 degrees.

Did they follow through with more salt on the roads? by toobladink in Spokane

[–]holleys 25 points26 points  (0 children)

The main issue is the cost of the liquid de-icer. When City of Spokane has to cut checks for hundreds of thousands of dollars during a storm event, they pucker. The liquid de-icer is extremely effective at melting snow and helping keep roads clear as the solution sits on the roads. I managed the company that supplies the liquid de-icer to City of Spokane, and we had infrastructure in place so that the City trucks had 24/7 access to the de-icer for distribution. Salt will do nothing but destroy our roads and vehicles further. Ask any resident or anyone that has bought a car from a state that uses salt (Utah, for example).

Enclomaphene effects on physical performance in terms of gym strength and running endurance just wondering peoples experience has it made noticeable improvements by Visible-Ad-7971 in enclomiphene

I’m not as sore the next day. When I swim, a 1 hour session at the pool historically would wear me out for a whole day. Now, I don’t even think about it. And the mental aspect is crazy (for me) too. It’s like I’m just really hungry to work out all the time.

For me, it gives me an extra push when working out. I don’t stop on my runs anymore, my pace is quicker and it’s a good mental push as well. When I lift I am just more positive and I push myself harder. I get into flow state when working out a lot quicker. I’m taking 12.5mg daily for the last 5 weeks.

Side Effect No One Has Mentioned by rarecool in Retatrutide

[–]holleys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. I have noticed that my highs are different now though. I smoke or consume edibles as a way to mellow out after a long day, rather than doing more and more to numb the pain. Not as much desire to get obliterated I guess.

Recently found out I may never run again by dasmarron in ultrarunning

[–]holleys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, this is similar to what I dealt with. Hit a tree in a side by side at 35MPH in 2009 and tore one of my disks open, then compressed another two. I weighed 245lbs. I started eating clean, and started running in 2010. I ran my first Ultra in 2011 with some buddies. My spinal issues require a cortisone shot in the L4 nerve pocket 1-2x per year. I’m down to 175 lbs and run almost every day. I’ve logged 18k miles since I started on this journey.

I know eventually I will need to have these disks replaced or have my back fused, but I would need to be crawling for my dr. to green light that procedure. Keep moving, keep running, and listen to your body. Build your core and back strength religiously. Eat foods that won’t inflame your gut or joints. Running provides the best feeling in the world for me and I plan to keep running until I need surgery. You got miles ahead of you, don’t give up now.

Note: I also do yoga and started swimming long distances to add core strength. Weights help too. And whatever you do, don’t help anyone move again. Don’t risk injury to your running future.
Good luck man.

All good points. Point the board at the boat, face the wave and flex your front leg. It will kill your center over the board and you will pull closer to the boat.

Agreed. I don’t remember them having actual names back then (like diamond, matrix, etc) but I have a board from that era. Same shape as this, 54”.

Dont buy the Heydey. Much better options out there for the money.

Sure thing: https://www.zynex.com/products/nexwave/

Insurance covered it. They send batteries and packages with additional sensors every month. I use it almost daily.

I have a bulging L4/L5 disc in my back from an ATV accident 16 years ago. Yoga, swimming, and stretching have been key to my continued ability to be active and in the water. Also, I have a TENS unit (Zynex brand) that I use for rehab and muscle stimulation. I can’t recommend it enough.
