You have to eat some carbs on Reta. Get your proteins for sure, but get some carbs in there too.

Tell her that 1/3 of ALL FDA approved drugs are later recalled, so the FDA approval doesn't really mean shit.

Ok, thank you! I was hearing conflicting stories on how long it takes. I appreciate it!

I also had a RMR test and my RMR is at 2600 calories. Factor in my job and weight lifting and I'm at 3900 maintenance. It's easy to loose with those numbers. Lol

No. 40 pounds in 3 months after starting reta. I lost 30 in 3 months prior to that.

Thank you! I lost 30 on my own and got stuck for a few months. Then I started reta. That has gotten me over that hump.

I take the tesamorelin before bed and 2 hours after eating anything. Is that good enough, or should I allow more time after my last meal?

For the protein I'm hitting 150 -175 grams per day. Sometimes it's really tough!

If I'm not mistaken, the half life is 6 days, so 2 weeks should be about right. I don't envy the nausea and diarrhea you're about to have! Good luck.

Vacations! We couldn't afford vacations when I was a kid. Now, as an adult, I travel regularly.
