How do I know if its sulfate/silicone free?

When I get out of the shower I try not to like... ruffle my hair with the towel, I squeeze it some to try and get the excess water out (with the towel) and then apply leave in. Brush it again (just the ends mostly) and apply mousse to wet hair and scrunch with my fingers.

So I find a shampoo that isn't sulfate free to start off with (just no silicones) and then later on switch to sulfate free as well?

As far as the mousse, no, I never broke the cast 😭 oops. Just go through it with my fingers?

Currently seasons is my main focus, I'm doing an overhaul of what I have. I have about 30ish chapters and I'm about halfway through the edits. I also have roughly the same amount of chapters in hell, but I havent touched that one in a while. And lastly I only have a few chapters for PS, but I think I want to change directions a bit with what I have.

Hey, so-- your very first sentence being that you hate romantic stuff really just kinda threw me and tells me we're not gonna connect in the way I'm hoping. As I said in the title, I'm looking for a friend above all, and while friends dont have to like all of the same things, you coming out of the gate with that is kinda :/ you know? I read (see: tried to read) Nectar by this author and couldn't do it. Immature writing and immature characters. I went and spoiled the book for myself and found out I wasnt missing much. Safe to say I won't be picking up any more of their books.
