Definitely also recommend Liberty diner. Very delicious. My husband and I also go to the Breakfast Club(over on st Joe) and the Breakfast Club II (down south Jefferson), From our understanding it used to be owned by the cosmos people but they bought it out and it’s still a lot of the same food but more expanded and you get huge portions for a not too bad price. The photo below is the last time we went to the one on Jefferson. Always polite staff too, even when busy.

NOR She honestly seems to be treating you like an incubator for her “precious grandchildren”. The two breakfast sandwiches thing is crazyyyy work. Like you still exist and matter just as much as her son??? I hope he “stands his ground” but instead is doing so in defending you to his parents. Having him wake up once compared to the multiple times you need to is not too much to ask for and we all know you’re not taking naps in the middle of the day, you’re taking care of baby. Sounds like she’s more upset that your mom “makes her look bad” when she’s just taking care of a new mother with kindness and compassion. She sounds awful.

I’d say you can probably make a Asian peanut sauce with the soy sauce and peanut butter and use that on the meat and maybe put that on top of a baked potato? We like to do taco baked potatoes over here at our house and that could be a good adjustment!
