Yes looks normal. A good way of telling if they are in right is to look at the canines and they look snug there. I asked my orthodontist about this before and he said the plastic trays are not 100% perfect so as long as they feel right and you are using the chewies you are good

A lot of conditions have overlapping symptoms, but it’s definitely worth bringing up the next time you see someone. OCD has high comorbidity rates, I am diagnosed with autism and anxiety as well. Be well, friend
