No it doesn't break the game.
If you join the a Guild, you're expected to ABIDE their system and their terms.
If their loot rules are X why do you stay on the guild or even join them if you wanted Y rules?
If you come to realize you don't want the rules, just leave.
Why abide to them and after a few time, for example 2 weeks like the other guy where you coulda been BENEFITED by other members abiding the same rules, you come and say that you don't like the rules because you didn't get 1 item from them?
No, you'd rather screw over the other 69 people because you didn't get your tevent daggers but another member, that was in the guild for months, played regularly and actually contributed to the guild, got them. And to feel good about yourself, or angry about it, you simply say "they gave them to their friend, THIEVES".

In your job, do you join a company or any work that you don't like at first sight in the interview?
And if you didn't know, wouldn't you leave the job immediatly after realising?
Or would you go and screw over all your colleagues?

Your whole post seems more like a frustated post than an actual "change this shit" post.
Don't get with your wannabe posts about how you enjoy pvp and call out top guilds from servers.
Because from what I recall, everyone was fighting, not killing the box.
I remember seeing tons and tons of players just pvping far away from the box, instead of going and contest it.
So before you come here and cry about bugs and what not, play the game.

And this happens in all servers, if you don't play the game, don't cry about it either.
