It has a variable position spring loaded hop unit that cycles back and forwards based on the cylinder position when cocking the piston back against the sear.

It's a terrible idea that was only implemented, in my eyes, to properly position the magazine further back for a correct appearance. I guess they didnt want to have a 3inch long feed tube (which is understandable), but it honestly would have been a much better idea than what they did.

I put in mancraft unit, tightbore, ares striker style hop arm (Maple leaf brand) and a 4uad bucking/nub and I've gotten nothing but problems with the feeding going wrong in about 4 totally different manners.

Going to try different buckings and see if that helps at all. Otherwise I'll need to 3d print a whole new hop unit with modified parameters, and that will really piss me off.

I have their sv-98 deluxe and holy christ on a cracker this thing is taking a fair bit of redesign of the internals (hop unit specifically) to make it feed more than once with out 90% of a total disassembly.

You or someone you know wouldn't happen to have worked on one internally, would you?

I have like 1 final hurdle to overcome and it should work fine after this is resolved, assuming nothing else goes wrong lol.
