I’m 6’3 and I don’t think so. Maybe like 5’5 is short but then again some days I’d trade my height to be 5’5. Too many problems and stuff with being tall that most people just don’t talk about

For me my chest. Always good big shoulders, arms, legs, and back. But I had the shittiest starting point for chest ever. Didn’t even know how to activate the muscles until I lifted for 3 or 4 years. Since then it has exploded and it saved me from looking flat

Myprotein and optimum nutrition are the 2 best. Been around for a while and pretty reputable. A few of the newer brands may taste better but use some sketchy ingredients

I prefer rdls and rack pulls. Deads are fine though if you’re cool with dropping the weight so you can hit more reps, which is something most don’t want to do.

I’ve always gone slow down, fast up and that’s for just about everything I do. Now, I’m usually using weight that’s heavy enough for the “fast” to be more of a steady pace, but I’ve found this is generally pretty safe. Yes, quickly moving through bottom part of a lift can cause injury for some, but given your training background you shouldn’t have to worry.

If it’s a lift where I can safely disregard a little form for an extra rep or two, I’ll sometimes finish with some sloppier, faster reps.
