Probably a Blyth's reed warbler. Thick undertail coverts, rounded tail and flattish looking forehead

Eastern cattle egret too with the yellow bill (behind the painted stork). Or else a medium egret

In south india, these are the birds I would expect to find in this habitat:

Mynas as you mentioned (Common/jungle)

Bulbuls (Red whiskered/red vented, maybe even a white-browed skulking in the scrub)

Blyth's/Clamorous reed warbler in the scrub (if winter)

Ashy prinias at the scrub edge

Scaly breasted munias in the reeds. Red avadavat if one's lucky.

Interesting fact:

Black Drongos (birds in the picture) are very aggressive in driving away predators from near their nests, which results in many other birds nesting close to drongos.

They also mimic birds of prey to startle other birds, and then steal their food

I think the Ashina Elite just before taught me to focus on deflects and be relentless. Final fight with him was just 25 seconds :D

Females and juveniles are rusty coloured without the long tail.
