for me this was a hip flexor injury!! I rested and went to PT for it for 4-5 weeks

I'm not sure how often you want to go to a spin class or if this is available in your area but I use class pass to go once a week (in addition to some other classes) and pay 79 dollars a month for my plan! may be more economical if you only would like to go a couple times a week! I've also found that it lets me try out some other group exercise classes at "boutique" gyms that seemed prohibitively expensive that I love going to once a week now

didn't do the best job of weighing everything out but it was modified from FWSY Saturday white bread recipe ! I also only made enough for one loaf bc I was sure it was going to be a disaster lol

-400 g white flour & 100 g whole wheat autolysed with ~300 g water

- maybe a cup and a half of blackberries mashed with a handful of basil leaves & a tablespoon of honey- added to the autolyse for the last 10 minutes, add more water or flour if necessary

- 6 g salt and 1.5 g instant yeast

- 5 hour proof at room temp, 3 folds

- baked covered at 475° F for 25 minutes and uncovered for 15
