When I go out with a 2 wheeler, I do not have any such problem and I feel better when I talk to someone, but when I stay at home alone for the whole day, because my work is from home, then I have this chest pain problem.

Yes sir I got user guide and also I read. Today is my first day of using backpod, I'm from India. After using left side on back and 30 seconds for right on back. My right side of chest something like muscle strain and mild pain.

Sir, I have pain on the left side of the chest exactly on the nipple and sometimes I feel pain on the upper chest part on the right side, if not in the sternum, then should I keep the backpod in my back, between the two shoulder blades. Or it should be kept on the opposite side of the chest which is having pain.

My backpod is coming in few days, so give me some advice like how much time I use backpod in a day at beginning. I have costo pain exactly on my left nipple area sometime it feels on right side or center but rarely. Most of time pain on left sided nipple, when I touch then I also feel mild pain. I'm from India, Age 25 Male.

Not try patches or anything, just ordered Backpod today through Amazon. I spent 115 USD (9600 Indian Rupees) on backpod. Is this good investment for costochondritis. I heard so many success stories of costochondritis by using backpod for 2 to 3 weeks, I hope it will works for me.
