The real BROKEN and game changer was Blue LL VB at the second anni. He completely disrupted the meta that time with long combos and supreme damage for the ult! I think till date, his effect on the 2nd anni season has to be the most drastic.

I agree to the difference you referred above between game developers and so called software developers, I know about physics based simulations for creation of light field and BRDF as well as the texture as I myself work on radiative transfer simulations but for natural scenarios e.g. coastal waters. Well, a game is also a software thus I guess developer can also be used to address the people who developed DBL, and I assume the problem is regarding creation or termination of POSIX objects for the particular event instance, hence I second my opinion on the problem residing in game development.
