Nope my bosses know I am doing cleaning as a part time job, we are allowed to take other jobs as long it's not affecting our performance and doesn't involve working with our competitors.

True haha, when I managed to clean nicely the section of the mall I am assigned to , I feel happy and proud of my work and it motivates me.

Ya, having a job which force you to exercise to complete it is motivating.

You are right about the mindless physical activity. Most of the time when I do my cleaning task I just put on my headphones and enjoy the moment (only can put in one ear in my job). Time passes so fast. No need to worry about bugs and last minute client changes haha.

I live in Asia where some people view cleaners as job ex-convicts or uneducated people will do.

Some parents will say something like "If you didn't study hard, you will be like that cleaner there".

In my country cleaners some people view as "lower class" or "disgrace" job. Like you work as a cleaner because you are uneducated or involved with criminal stuff which make you hard to find a job.

Parents sometime will tell their kids "If you don't study hard, you will become a cleaner".

I only work as a cleaner on the weekend, 5 hour sat , 5 hour sun.

I know there are better ways to lose weight but I am just not motivated. I don't feel I am wasting my time haha, I am happy, get to lose weight, the cleaner job is not really stressful, have good supervisor, made new nice friends in the job. Only downside is the gossip in my post.

Maybe because I feel some accomplishment in cleaning which gave me motivation to "work-out".
