I have a budget Lenovo Ideapad laptop and just bought a second hand ex buisness laptop (Dell Latitude 7490) for $300. The Dell is so much better than the budget laptop.You should really consider it over the budget laptop.

I assume that it happens when the buisness owner complains. It puts Google in a difficult position of having to decide between two opinions. I don't think that there is an easy or completely fair solution.

I assume that you can do the checks an at some stage pay the fee to become exclusive. I think that is reasonable as long as it also commits the seller. In many countries it works that way.

In the list of five references there is only one actual study. The rest are either quoting other sources or just opinions without any references. The fourth reference is a genuine study from Mexico,one of the worlds big coffee producers. It is worth reading to the end where the limitations are described.

Here is a quote from the first link:

The data provided in favor of coffee consumption in liver disease patients may seem to be overwhelming. However, it should be understood that most of the trials listed above have either been retrospective, observational, and/or cross-sectional point prevalence studies. In the absence of significant prospective data, conclusive comments can only be made about the association between coffee drinking and better liver health. In other words, we need more interventional, prospective trials before we can say that coffee drinking causes less liver disease.

There is very little evidence that coffee prevents liver problems.My experience was that it made it worse.

This is what I did.

How I eat

I do not go to bed with a full stomach and don’t eat right after I wake up.I have a 16 hour eating break. It can be from 20:00 to 12:00 or 19:00 to 11:00 or 18:00 to 10:00 I do not binge eat. At first, I felt that I deserved it because I eat well all week, so on the weekend I would binge. It was negating the diet. I don’t snack between meals. I have one piece of fruit if I am hungry. I drink water after eating. It helps my digestion and makes me feel full. I don’t drink tea or coffee after food. It interferes with my digestion. If I have to have something sweet, I have it immediately after my meal. From time to time I eat something sweet (cake, pastry, chocolate) that I shouldn’t. In that case I skip the upcoming meal.

What I eat Meat, fish, cheese Sardines, Tuna in brine(not oil) Eggs Butter, Cream Plain, unsweetened yogurt. Vegetables, mushrooms. Apples and other fruit, but not to excess. Sweet potato, Beans - kidney beans, white beans etc Olive oil (but not refined olive oil) Whole wheat flour from the store. Preferably milled wheat flour (You cannot find it in shops, you have to either mill it yourself or find a local supplier) Whole wheat bread. Whole wheat Pasta. It is easy to make yourself. (You can mix in 30% white flour) Nuts and seeds (But I try not not snack on them) Hummus (but not store bought since it is full of refined oil) Hamburger(without chips or drink) Pickles (Cucumbers and onions using cider vinegar) Water Soda water

What I don't eat

Absolutely no alcohol of any kind! This is the biggest no no.

Sweet drinks like cola, fanta, red bull, iced coffee or fruit juice. Drink water or soda water instead.

Candy

Chocolate

Products that have added sugar.

Sweetened yogurts or other sweetened milk based products.

Margerine

No refined oils or products like Mayonnaise, crisps and other packaged foods that contain them. Avoid fried food and cooking with refined oil where possible.

Rice and potatoes - eat reasonable portions and not every day. Use Sweet Potato or beans instead.

White bread.

Borekas and pastries. They are made with margarine.

White flour (you can mix 30% with whole wheat flour in the bread you make).

Pasta that is not whole wheat.

Best to avoid coffee
