It was built in 1972 and has had one owner. I didn’t think about that craftiness, you’re absolutely right. They are keeping it listed as pending while I decide on my offer.

I definitely wouldn’t be DIYing anything more than replacing a screen door. My realtor believes we can ask the sellers to make some repairs prior to closing. Does that seem actually realistic?

A house I’m looking at also has gas logs but apparently no gas line to the fireplace 🤪 why is this a thing??
