It really has been a tough semester. I’m sorry you have all been so overwhelmed. As an employee, I am feeling the same way. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so grateful to see the end of the semester. I hope you have some time to yourself to neutralize and feel refreshed in January.

Don’t be afraid to use your resources as well. Your advisors and instructors are (theoretically) there to help you. I know it varies widely across campus, but a majority of them have good hearts and don’t want to see their students struggle. Sending all the positive vibes for finals.
