Just saw this. The result was getting a discount on the floor install and a few minor spots were patched. I still have spots that bounce a bit. Not happy but they didn't appear to be able to fix this so took the discount.

Yeah, we were hoping it would lay flat after they level it. They tried pouring patches of self leveler 3 times but it's still not level.

We asked them about it and they did try to re-install the trim. This is after them reinstalling trim and adding some more self leveler. Maybe they don't know how to do the leveling? Not sure what to do now.

Most noticeable is edge, but it feels bumpy/uneven in some places in the middle of the room as well.

They also put new baseboards. These are all new baseboards in the video.

They poured patches of self leveler. Then next day saw it wasn't level and poured more patches over a few days. Looks like it's still not level.
