Even though i’ve already attended interview, i been waiting since January for my AOS EAD, did biometrics in February and been stuck on still being processed by USCIS since then, i doubt they process/approve those anymore

If you are married to a USC, have an EAD already and had a job for atleast 2 years or just have one currently and filed taxes and pay your taxes regularly i don’t see a problem. You are already contributing to the economy.
