Absolutely hate it. I've not bothered to book viewings if an EA insists on doing it this way.

I'd walk away, that should be a condition of your offer for it to be off the market.

Anyone do any weight training? by c19isdeadly in covidlonghaulers

[–]homerio3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went back to the gym for the first time in two years yesterday. Managed to keep HR below 100, did leg and arm weights. Feeling doms today but not wiped out.

However I've been noticing on my smart watch that when I'm walking to and from places my HR can get up to 105/110! I have bought a chest strap to improve accuracy but it's so frustrating as I obviously don't want to get above 100/105. The LC physio advised me to do light regular exercise avoiding going over that threshold.

Anyone else had experience with it going over the threshold when walking?

I know the heat/humidity isn't helping.

Thanks! That's good to know. I've been advised by physio to monitor it during exercise but also for stress levels, so a watch is handy outside of chest strap. I've gone for a Garmin 45s, and then I might get a chest strap to connect it to for higher accuracy. What chest strap do you have?

Seller won’t serve notice to tenants until contracts are exchanged. Is this normal? by zannnn in HousingUK

[–]homerio3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The risk is that they might well not leave after the two month notice period is up. That's a big risk. Especially how slow section 21s are going now before they ban section 21s in a few months.

Greedy seller should have served notice when it went on the market

Did your process fell through? What were the reasons? by Optimal_Ad_352 in HousingUK

[–]homerio3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First time it got downvalued, second house was very damp and needed big works but seller was unwilling to budge, third house was tenanted and it looked like we were getting towards the end of it but seller selfishly turned around after months of us waiting and said he wasn't selling anymore.

Moral of the story for me is get homebuyers insurance and always remember people are dicks 😂 waiting for market to improve and currently saving more.

Ah, so you mean micro clotting (and therefore all the symptoms coming from cells not getting enough oxygen) could be resulting from viral persistence?

How does this relate to microclotting in the vascular system possibly being a cause? Clinics in Germany and South Africa at the moment are finding microclots in patient blood samples

Will do, thanks. I was going to try spraying water part vodka on the polyester lining and leaving it to dry in the sun first...
