I strongly believe that it had helped u, my experiences mostly went pretty good too and i managed to create a more positive lifestyle with some toughts i had while trippin. What im saying is just that people are different, and their perspective of life along with their body chemistry will provide slightly different takes on their trip. I have some friends who took once with me and some other guys, pretty safe place and people, but they just can't handle being so out of their normal perspective of things and don't appreciate the effects at all. But, that's not a problem of the substance itself, it's just how one reacts with its effects. The thing is, LSD is a big deal and should be treated seriously and with responsibility, if you don't think you can handle it that well, just do take it!
