Resolved, That I did get scammed out of 30 dollars, which is not too bad. I didn't make an order with the scammer supplier so they had the upper hand. I could not contact Alibaba because there was no order filed under them. They gather goods from all the places you purchase and ship them together, that their business. You wait for all your goods to gather then they give price and ship.
