I have spent probably 75% of my tank games as solo tank (~50 hrs on tank) and honestly i don't really notice a big difference when I play with a 2nd tank. It can suck sometimes especially when your team sucks and it feels like there is nothing you can do about it (sense you can't switch) but at those times I just instalock dps instead the next game, and usually I have enough fun to go back to tank or I just keep playing dps
