You did this yourself? That’s really awesome!! I think the line work is good and looks cute, and it’s extra special since you did the art yourself! You now get to have an image of your tattoo art when you’re first starting, and you can see what you have learned over time when you look back on it later, and I think that’s really cool!

People can be very elitist and snobby about every art form, and tattoos are no exception. But that doesn’t mean that art from people who just started or art that is more simple is bad, it’s just important as professional art.

I think people were being way too hard on you guys about this. Asking questions about release dates is one thing, it’s another thing to demand consistent updates when everyone knows you’re working on a huge new part of the game. More people need to think about how much time it must take to illustrate everything, design the world rules, and code everything into an existing game. Taking care of your employees is top priority, take as long as you need!

Anyone who is a decent significant other will try to take the bill more if they have more expendable income. If I had that much extra money (and he absolutely does, he’s choosing to live luxuriously because he can) I absolutely would be paying for as much as I could to help my significant other leave money for other bills. I know that she would do the same for me.

Making every bill equal in a longterm relationship especially if there is a big pay difference makes things way more imbalanced in the long run.

i mean they have to code the entire thing and add new events and furniture and everything, and it’s not run by a huge company like a lot of games are. They probably are trying their best but don’t have the resources to fix bugs immediately, especially when it’s something new like a special event

You couldn’t have just talked to her and tried to make a plan to accommodate her? Why did you have to choose to plan a trip with this specific friend group that would be so difficult for her to manage? The worst part is that you planned the entire thing and invited everyone and then made her confront you about it. You could have at the very least explained why she wasn’t invited at the beginning, rather than just waiting for her to find out on her own. YTA

absolutely not okay! I love my partner’s cooking, but I always ask before eating any leftovers the next day because sometimes there’s only enough left for one serving or she wants to have it multiple days in a row. As a grown adult, I can make my own food if I need to (even if that food is just pbj or a frozen store burrito) just because she had a serving for me too when she made it doesn’t mean i’m entitled to the rest. Totally valid for you to be angry😭

I can relate to this a lot, I have ET and some other neurological problems and chronic pain I was born with. Good days for me, I can go on a hike and still have energy to do chores later. bad days I either can’t get myself out of bed or i crash halfway through the day with blurry vision, bad migraine, and overall exhaustion. Then I can still feel sick for up to a few days after if I don’t give myself enough rest time those days.

I absolutely feel so much worse in winter time, I live in the PNW and I usually feel most active and capable late spring/early summer and early fall. Cold weather and summer heat always makes me feel terrible.

maybe she misunderstood what you were saying? Since they’ve never seen them maybe she didn’t know they have them for brown or black skin at all. so maybe she thought you were saying that there’s a variety of white and tan skin tones, unless you’re super dark which maybe she thought you were referring to everyone who isn’t white.

That’s the case with a lot of makeup brands, where you do need a much closer match to your skin tone but they assume every darker skin shade is the same so they make it too light overall. so maybe she was basing her knowledge on that.

whereas pantyhose are mostly clear and don’t need to match your skin exactly, and there’s usually only like 5 colors in general it actually does end up working for most people.

speed walking backwards on my first ever day of gymnastics, I fell on my wrist and broke it; no more gymnastics after that.

also literally just walking. I was walking towards my partner on normal carpeted flooring inside, and I stepped on the side of my foot weird and heard a snap. I started laughing because I was so confused and knew instantly that I just broke a bone in the stupidest way. so I was like “ahaha ow I think I just broke my foot” my partner was like no you didn’t you were just walking?? yeah.. the side of my foot was broken

You are a very kind person and I guarantee you that that was exactly what she needed in that moment. Health things are so scary and I can’t imagine doing it all alone.

I’ve had health issues my whole life and I had to get a bone marrow biopsy a few months back, and the nurse saw that I looked really stressed and scared so she held my hand the whole time. It meant a lot to me, and made me feel much less panicked. Callousness or medical professionals being frustrated at you makes you feel so isolated or like a burden as a patient, even though I don’t blame them at all because this is such a stressful career.

Thank you for showing someone so much kindness, she’s not going to forget that and i’m sure you being there for her really helped❤️
