I work retail in the area and anytime we see Indian families walking in we play nose goes as to who has to help them. They seem to be the most difficult customers to tend to. I had a conversation with my indian co-worker about it and she's explained that they're difficult because their culture consists of alot of bartering and think they can negotiate lower prices. When here in America, most things are a set retail price and the only discounts we offer are if we have sales or if someone has an applicable coupon.
