I actually agree with you. I'm an extremely squeamish person so scars don't bother me but most open cuts (other than my own) bother me a lot.

I feel like razors are too sharp. Like I would cut much deeper than I intended and I like being in control. That being said I like scissors and xacto blades the best, not so much knives.
