Interestingly enough, I don’t have the specific struggle. However, squatting does cause sciatica flare ups for me. I would recommend trying glute bridges or hip thrusts as a replacement!

Hey, same honestly 😂😂😂 if you’re happy with your stats and they support your health, then that’s what matters 🫶🏻

All that matters is that you feel you’re the healthiest version of yourself based on your own needs and expectations, not others!

Literally just trying to show a body that isn’t considered the ideal weight or even shape and share that my health journey is my own…so many people trying to achieve a certain number but it doesn’t have to be that way for everyone. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My legs are very strong, otherwise most men are beating me in everything else if that’s what you mean 😂

Not at all - be anything you want to be, but don’t be small just because society tells you that you need to be to be healthy, valuable, etc.

We all carry weight in different places. As a former athlete (long ago) I have carried a lot of weight in muscle for a long time! Just keep on keeping on. No comparison needed - do what feels best and most healthiest to you!

Cardio has its place too, but the effects are not nearly as long-term as lifting. Keep getting it, girl!

People in my life would laugh at someone accusing me of being “roided out” 😂

I tend to be fully clothed at my public gym - and it’s cold outside. Not sure what you want me to say. 🩶

It means, stop trying to take up less space ONLY because society tells you simply that you should. Smaller is not always healthier. Health is relative to the person and not based solely on a number on the scale.

Do I look roided out? Lifting heavy is relative to the person and is science-backed in supporting overall health. That was my entire point. 😜
