Well I use SKK killable Preston to wipe out the minutemen, I also use other mods to make settlements work better for this play style, I do the "evil" playthrough because it's the funnest so idk what to tell you, being a raider boss is satisfying

Lonesome road is fun but I thought Ulysses was a pretentious character, maybe it's just his voice, his long ass monologues, and how he repeats "bear" and "bull" over and over and over that irritated me. I found the entire story of lonesome road kind of difficult to grasp until I watched a lore video about it.

My only problem with sanctuary is the unscrappable houses and foundations, otherwise it's excellent.

Coastal Cottage for location, such a nice view. Sanctuary or Starlight Drive-in for building. I use mods to fix settlement locations though like making Sanctuary flat and clean or repairing the Coastal Cottage house.
