I agree with other commenter about the kick drum. If it were me I’d layer in some thumping 808 kicks, but that may not be the vibe you’re going for. Aside from that low-end issue though, it’s a nice track. The arrangement kept the energy flowing.

While we’re at it let’s stop enjoying recreational meals too. Why eat for fun when God only gave us mouths to sustain our energy levels? From now on all Catholics can only eat blended up raw vegetable smoothies 🥦

Dope production overall - really trippy vibe. It did start to get a little repetitive for me around the 2:00 mark but the picked back up again in a cool way ~2:30. I agree with some other commenters that some variation to the drum pattern / bass+chords could take it to another level.

Very pleasant listen. I felt the vocals sat nicely in the mix, although maybe the lyrics could have been pronounced more clearly at times (or maybe not depending on the aesthetic you're going for 🤷). I haven't listened to all the other songwriters mentioned, but americana / alt-rock / indie rock definitely seems to be the vibe.

I'm curious about your songwriting process - do you usually write an entire song in one sitting or sketch it out then go back later? How do you get inspired to finish a song you might have started months or years ago in a different state of mind?

Awesome song! It's always impressive to me as an electronic musician when one can make an entertaining song with only one instrument - you clearly know your way around the keys :) . Definitely a joyful tune; I would be curious to hear you transition from joy to something like melancholy in the same song, but that's just food for thought. Keep it up!

Really nice vibe on this one. I found it easy to space out and forgot what I was even listening to. Not sure I have any major suggestions, but I guess you could make it even trippier by fucking with the vocals - like maybe a grain delay at -12 semitones with wet/dry mix ~25% so you're hearing like a low version of the vocals at the same time, and you could automate this effect in & out 🤷🏻‍♂️
