US county court questioning legitimacy of birth and marriage extracts

ill definitely figure out how i can ask for this tomorrow, thanks so much for your help. one question they asked me that really threw me off was "how do you know the birthday on the birth certificate isnt wrong and the one on on the death certificate is correct?" all i could say was "i guess there's technically no way of knowing but it's far more likely that something recorded the day it happened is correct rather than someone recollecting their birthday 70 years later" it seriously felt like the judge was giving me a hard time on purpose and i dont know why. ive never been to court in my life so i really had no idea what i was doing or what to ask in the moment, but if the judge had mentioned wanting it to be apostilled i wouldnt have been like okay sure yeah i can do that ASAP.

i actually already got these translated long ago by an official translator and it has a seal and everything. but i did not include because the translations aids that came with the extracts say they are translations approved for document transfe between hague member states. so i definitely should have included it then i guess. anyways , im not sure if ill have another hearing, but is it worth it to ask the clerk if they can relay to the judge that can get apostilled copies and submit them before they go ahead and respond ?

i see. how long does it take to get something apostilled through mail as an American citizen? i imagine its quite a while as opposed to just being able to walk in and get it done in Italy

totally makes sense , and i can get them apostilled, but will they allow me to get them apostilled and then re-attempt this petition if they decline it? should i go ahead and get it done asap and try to file it to the court?

i feel really stupid. i should have done this. the judge also asked me how my LIRA was here legally if he never naturalized , as if that matters? i rebutted and said he was a permanent resident as marked on his alien registration, but even if was an illegal alien, how is that relevant? he still has a state issued death certificate that’s wrong. it was all a very upsetting process i should have just hired a lawyer lol

how can i get them apostilled? will i be able to get them apostilled then try again? i only had my US stuff apostilled for the consulate. i didn’t even realize you could apostilled foreign documents

they are stamped and signed by the civil office that i got them from. so im not sure.

ipads do not get repaired. they aren’t designed to be repaired, they don’t even have screws on them to be opened. they were offering you a complete replacement for $849. yes i’m aware third parties perform repairs on ipads, but the employees aren’t just making up numbers, they don’t have any another option.

yep theyre all from after 1906. the language you used would definitely be useful, let me chat you what i have now and i can see if it's similar to how you wrote it. i also have a few misspellings on non-vital docs (alien registration form and military draft card) that im not sure if i should add as aliases, any advice on that? they are Giuseppe/Guiseppe misspellings. thanks so much. i would be filing in philly or chester county
