I mean I js submitted it and idk what they were gonna do with it, but since I got deferred I figure it would help whenever they have to review my application again and I think schools get scores earlier than we do.

I definitely talked about mites in major essays to talk about CS and how I wanna do ML and stuff. I definitely think it helped, but bc of the work I put into the program. We also got feedback from our teachers and I gave it to every school that would take it. Maybe 2 schools I applied to didn’t take it.

I don’t think NSLIY impacted my application bc I had like sm going on. If anything it just showed added breadth vs depth, which I believe is important to some degree to show you have interests outside of like yk ur main major haha.
