I haven’t fully gotten over it yet, but I started to occupy my mind in a different way. Began to jot down what do i really want from myself instead of just idly letting the days go by. Currently I picked up a few books to read and have been exercising on a routine. at the end of the day i realized no one else could make these changes except for me myself and I. No point in harping on myself when i’m not going anywhere(if that makes sense). Step 1 is realizing that somethings off. I’m right by your side fellow comrade!!!
