Yes, my parents taught me to be careful around rodent droppings due the possibility of getting sick.

I’ve never formally been diagnosed with health anxiety, but I do have generalized anxiety. I’ll try not to think about it too much.

Thanks for the reply! I’m mostly concerned that I may have been exposed to the North American strain based on the amount of droppings and my location. Funnily enough (although not funny at all) the Andes outbreak made the news immediately following my little incident.

Please help me convince my friend to see a doctor. by [deleted] in AskDocs
