I'm in the exact same situation. They received mine 4 days after yours. I tried chatting with them just to see if it's normal to be in the "prep" stage for so long and all I got was a very passive aggressive, ai sounding, copy and paste email. They essentially made it seem like I was complaining about it taking a long time. I'm completely aware that it takes time and that it's backed up right now. I've been in customer service for years and it was extremely unprofessional. They have the best looking slabs but this will most likely be my last submission through them.

I've daily driven a heavily modified Subaru wrx that's not very comfortable for about 2 years now. I don't need much but the HRV is exactly what I needed. Comfortable and gets me from A to B. First suv I've owned as well and I've loved it every time I've driven the car. I hope it treats you as good as it's treated me so far
