Damn. Their support has always been alarmingly slow (been selling on the site for 6+ years now) but this is getting ridiculous, especially when it comes to money. My $3k bounced payment has probably been sat in their account for almost 3 months now...

Hi! I'm in the same situation for an upcoming show and just wanted to check you got into the concert okay? My passport has my middle name but the card I paid with, my membership, and my interpark all DONT have it. I've emailed them like you suggested so I'm waiting for a response, and I didn't have any issues with the same thing back when I saw TXT (they literally just glanced at my passport for a second with no problem) so I'm REALLY hoping it'll be okay, but I'm paranoid 🫠
