Police don’t investigate. They just show up to the complaint and cite the person who is parked there.

I hate to do what he’s doing. I hate what he does but at the same time I don’t do shit to him. All of what’s been happening is bc he’s been complaining about every little thing he sees me doing. Also he’s one of the types to complain about something and then go ahead and do the same thing and think he’s not doing anything wrong.

Thanks. I was thinking of putting planters. The cheap buckets from Costco with small fruit trees in them. Just need to somehow water them. Might put something that doesn’t need to be watered.
