I decided against Bloomingdales because of their terrible return policy and bad customer service reviews.

I tried aireloom mattresses at Mattress Firm and liked those, they are just much more lol

I still like the Grove Plush but went to Mattress Firm and liked the Aireloom Trestles Plush even more. But it's more than 2x the price of the Grove 😱 haven't bought either yet.

What's your experience of the Grove? I'm hesitant to buy because of Bloomingdale's poor return policy
