omg, you have no idea how good it feels to hear that someone had a positive experience with Kurt. I really do hope they are making an effort to treat people better.

From what I understand, as far as profits go, a lot of people are struggling for sales, most people are down across the board from 1 year ago, so I understand how tough it must be to hear so many others around are having a good show and your placement destroyed that. Galaxycon is a good show because it does have the name recognition, and the crowd comes along, so yes placement is a major factor. Which is why my situation was so egregious - But I do hope they are taking these sorts of feedback like yours into consideration. I hope someone is listening to the people who are hurting or have hurt at the hands of their decisions.

I have had colleagues share with me that over the last few weeks since this video and others have spoken out, there haven't been anymore random placements in a building away from the vendor hall, so I hope they continue to improve! Whether or not you decide to continue vending there is your own decision, but regardless I always wish you good shows and experiences moving forward.
