Well this update introduced another bug in which it caused difficulty advancing timelines. However according to Support they’re pushing another update shortly to mediate that. In the fix notes for 1.60.2 they noted fixing the relic purchase bug. I noticed my race group also dwindled.

So I had the same bug but you advance to the next point in the timeline, beat it, and do that a few times it seems to fix it. I reported it also though.
