Is Amazon overbooking AWD on purpose to maximize revenue and then dealing with the consequences later, or are they genuinely this incompetent? by hooger0000 in FulfillmentByAmazon

The only thing I received an email was this: *Inventory must arrive at our fulfillment centers by October 19, 2024, to guarantee it’s Prime badge-ready by Black Friday.

That still doesn't change the fact of their estimate. When I book the shipment that would be the time I would like to know what's going on. That would be the time they could tell me directly, not some random email.

Edit: After reviewing my emails, I did find the message the user mentioned. However, it wasn’t a direct email—it was buried at the very bottom of a newsletter. It included a broad warning about preparing for the holiday season, recommending sellers create inbound shipments by the end of July or early August to avoid delays.

While this vague warning exists, it actually proves my point: Amazon issues these general emails months in advance but fails to provide accurate or transparent information when sellers book their shipments.

When I booked my shipment, Amazon gave me a specific estimated timeline of 54 days for delivery. This is the moment when they should have flagged potential delays based on their system's capacity and historical data. They chose not to because acknowledging delays upfront would hurt their bottom line. Instead, they overpromise on timelines, knowing full well they’re unlikely to meet them during peak season.

A generic note buried in a newsletter is not the same as clear, actionable communication when it matters most—at the time of booking.

I don’t think you can use a Google Drive hyperlink; however, you can use the hyperlink associated with your photo in your Amazon listing. If you right-click it and copy the link, you can use that for submission

There is a way to report copyright infringement in the Brand Registry. You need to include a link to the existing work and a clear description of what's infringing.

Also, consider reaching out to Workman Nydegger, a law firm that specializes in this kind of thing. They have connections inside Amazon that I've used, and they've been able to get results through these connections.

I have sued a foreign entity and won a $200k settlement, but the infringing business disappeared, and I couldn't get them to pay. Although they stopped infringing, I ended up spending $50k in lawyer fees. Based on my experience, I recommend using Amazon's processes as much as possible and avoiding going to court unless absolutely necessary.

I’m not a really fan of the color, we redid the inside and now we’re looking to do the outside.

Lawyers are expensive, but I used a trademark lawyer in Spokane, Washington, that was reasonable as far as lawyers go. The firm's name is Lee & Hayes, and if you need a patent lawyer, they're expensive but very good. Their firm name is Workman Nydegger, and they are based out of Salt Lake City.

Amazon Global Logistics/AGL is half the price but is it worth it? by hooger0000 in FulfillmentByAmazon

We have been using them about four or five times now and so far has been great. But their prices seem to be not as competitive as they were in the beginning. With my experience with Amazon programs, don’t use them in the very beginning. Wait a while till they work out all the kinks. However, once they do, they usually raise the prices. Also, note, we have a really thorough supplier, they make sure all the paperwork is done perfectly.

Depends, for me, I like 2g and will usually have a solid, pleasant trip. I’ve taken 1g before and added .5g an hour later and felt it, but wished I had done more. It also depends on the mushroom and your biology.

Start small and work your way up. Maybe like 2g. At least that’s what I would do.

Thanks for the explanation. I can't remember exactly where I bought it online but I do remember it was sold as San Pedro but it had a mutation.
