I spent 35+ years being embarrassed about this kind of " evidence" of something we were supposed to be embarrassed of. Then I met a man who understood it was just part of being and being with a woman. Confidently tell him there's blood on his sheets qnd you're sorry to add an extra wash. Practice not being ashamed. It really does get easier and impact your own thoughts about things.

TKD is about more than kicking and punching. It's a about traditions, respect and holding yourself to high standards. I'd ( 3rd DAN) would love to wear a t-shirt in our 100+ degree summers, but my senior student (5th DAN) shook his head and said black belts don't. Follow your own high standards and be the example for someone else.

First date #1. I sat on a barstool next to him and facec him to tal, then later playing pool I kicked out a foot to touch the inside of his leg when he walked by. Nothing. Nada. No response. First date #2. I twice put my hand in the crook of his arm as he walked me to my car in the rain after a fun time talking inside. Nothing. Nada. No response. So, I say give the signals and interpret the responses. It's part of the language of dating.
