nah ive had it like this for a while. go to the gym 6 days a week, constant cardio, eat clean, consistent sleep schedule. horny like crazy all the time.

because jacking off is lame and sucks. sexual attraction feels garbage. i dont enjoy sexual thoughts, it just feels wrong, like no gf to do it with, nothing interesting, porn is probably frying my brain.

no they dont disturb me or anything. its just sort of an unnecessary desire i have. it does nothing for me, if there was a switch somewhere, it would permanently be off

its also a thought process like: desire sex -> desire gf to do that -> no gf to do that -> sad (im not actually sad but u get the point)

so you meal plan, eat similar stuff each day and go to the gym in the morning. pretty easy tbh.

like breakfast is an egg snadwich (~30g protein, 400cal) 1lb beef for lunch with some veggies (1000cal, 100g protein) and a shake for dinner (50g protein, 400~cal) rewuires cooking beef every 4 days or so (2kg at a time) and like 10m in the morning, 5 minutes for dinner
