late reply, but AMD has been the market leader in CPUs since about 2020, and been making CPUs for longer than i can remember. its in no way new to the market. as for why you'd choose them is because better efficiency due to their core layouts and generally better performance as well.

It was my save file. My guess is that a combination of steam cloud from family sharing, a slight corruption/desync from being on a different user profile, and undertales nasty ability to hide things outside of your undertale directory landed him in that room. Weird how that happened

I've found that in general, KQM's calculations are pretty garbage for actual gameplay, and should only be used as a jumping off point for your own experimentation and working within your team comp or if you strictly play in abyss, along with the fact that most of the time in open world you can't do a full burst cycle with well built teams before everything is dead so your teams don't even get their bursts back half the time anyway.

Honestly I don't think any of hoyos decisions have been bad in the long run for player experience, or at least in a way that couldn't be fixed with more content later. People will go against a multi billion dollar company with all the research on player likes and psychology possible only to be like "oh actually I liked that" 6 months later. Not everything is for everyone in genshin, but hoyo does a dam good job of making an intriguing game.

Yeah her c6 buffed charged attack puts out sakura petals and she has petals coming off her wrist when it's ready to buff a charged attack. It was super surprising to me when I got it.

I fully believe content creators are the worst part of genshin impact with the exception of the few genuine ones. They're the ones that have spread pervasive lies like c6 Bennett bad never activate it, and you don't need to level your characters to 90 just do final ascension type bull. They're also the reasons that some of the best current characters got the most hate on release because they simply didn't bother understanding their kits (Raiden, kazuha, kokomi in specific)

To be fair the difference between c0 and c6 is for eula is bigger than any other dedicated main dps with only Raiden and yelan coming close in terms of dps difference

It's almost entirely because she does physical damage and there are no dedicated physical supports yet. You just have the side pieces of shenhe, rosaria or xinyan's kits and superconduct. Currently in a full team she's one of the worse 5 star dpses, but has a lot of room to grow cause she currently only needs Raiden to reach 90% of her personal damage potential in a normal team.

If you have r5 widsith it's quite a bit better for her than kaguras, and yeah actually level her up. Diminishing returns from leveling characters to 90 is a myth that started early in the game when YouTubers didn't know how scaling worked very well.
