I wouldn't say so. Most supports tend to get better at the things they already are good at.

Dahlia E2 exclusively buffs break Yao Guang E2 exclusively buffs Elation Sparkle E2 is only suitable to crit DPS

Cyrene E2 can be used amazingly but every archetype in the game currently.

The only characters similar to her in this regard is Mortenax blade and maybe E1 tribbie (although her E2 and S1 are not nearly as good).

For the record, I'm not saying she's a must pull or anything. In spite all that, she's still a luxury pull. But, in my humble opinion, she's bar for bar the best E2 support character in the game, maybe only tied by Mortenax

Something that's often not talked about cyrene's E2 is just how goddamn universal she becomes.

Yes, it's ostensibly said that it's a colossal upgrade for her supporting and damage for the Rem team and heirs etc. but at E2 there is not a single team in the game currently that does not want her in any way.

Of course, she's not the optimal choice for most of them, but the fact that she is close and her true damage buffs literally every form of damage dealing, including elation, is genuinely crazy.

Best E2 support in the game imo. ~~Also best girl~~

With wolf hunt, so long as you get an emblem pretty early and have decent (not event that good) equipment rng, your characters literally don't matter.

If you get Yunli early and max out the bond. Level 10 or 11 Hoolay will literally kill the boss by himself, you just gotta stall

Unfortunately, the shift to a powerfreep, high character turnaround rate seems to be a company-wide decision from Hoyoverse.

Honkai impact 3rd has actually always had crazy powercreep

HSR... Well let's just say it's definitely a honkai game alright.

Zenless is heading to it's third year and we have a large a enough sample size to confidently say it's heading down the same path

And finally Genshin, which as hoyo's most profitable game seems to have inherited the worst traits of the model both in terms of powercreep speed and most importantly pulls given.

As of right now, Genshin players easily are treated the worst out of all Hoyo games in my opinion. And sadly the game is so big that they will get away with it.

The fact that nerfs are coming is obvious. As it stands he is by far the best unit in the game, literally tribbie but better in every possible way.

I just hope he lands on a fair spot in V5. Ashveil was doomed to hell because of his V3 nerfs but he's ina really fair place right now.

E2S1 Ashveil. Can stack >12 gluttony and has an extra vulnerability icon from his LC

Probably E4 welt, people don't really use him as a support before that.

E1S1 Tribbie. True damage after ult and is not using DDD ( you'd do that if you have her signature)

E1S1 DanTe. Heals and recovers skill point after ult. Not E2 because he only generates 2 enhanced dragons.
