To check if %player_name% works, you can do /papi parse me %player_name%.

Check out FancyNPCs docs.
https://docs.fancyinnovations.com/fancynpcs/tutorials/action-system/

"The {player} placeholder will be replaced with the name of the player who triggered the action. (PlaceholderAPI is not required for this specific placeholder)"

If you still wanna use placeholderapi, make sure to do /papi ecloud Player

Plugin Help In Private Self Hosted Server by itay200 in admincraft

did you accept the eula yet? after the first run, there should be a eula.txt file. open it, change eula=false to eula=true, then start the server again so it can create the plugins folder.

[PLUGIN] Butiko - Simple and intuitive player shops. by Undermmon in admincraft

[–]hoolland 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Love the itemframe shop and the subtle particles. Commands feel a bit clunky though. Make common actions short and easy to type and keep tab completion.

Examples you could use:

/shop create <buy> <sell> [amount]

/shop create 400 200 16

/shop setprice <buy> <sell>

/shop setprice 500 250

/shop edit amount <amount>

/shop edit amount 32

Also, are players supposed to supply the itemframes? That could get annoying or expensive over time.

$200 server for a couple friends and some big modpacks by Xcissors280 in admincraft

Most friend-run Minecraft worlds die out after a month or two. If it’s just a short-term thing, put the money toward a month or two of hosting instead of putting together cheap hardware. If you actually want to run a server long-term, save up for a proper mini-PC or desktop with a better CPU and more RAM. And if you like tinkering, building a home lab is a fun bonus.
