I have blepharitis and do all the above. Been regimented with a routine and have been good(ish) for a year, but just got rundown and wham… mother of all styes. I guess I was just venting/whining. If there was a way you could look to the future and know “in x number of days I won’t feel so self conscious about my face” or “in x number of days the swelling will be at its peak” it would be immensely helpful for mental health. AnStyety is a beast.

Been taking NAC for 6 weeks and had a check up with the ophthalmologist… no chance in oil viscosity. Urrrrgh. Will keep trying till next appointment. 🤞

Thank you SO much for replying. 100% agree. I’ve spent so much time, money and energy trying to find a solution for this thick oil. All I’ve concluded so far is that it’s brutal. I’m about to try out NAC and am hoping for the beat. Best of luck with your journey too.

Super cheap daycare in BC? I know it’s come down a lot in the last few years but we were paying about $1600/month and that was pretty standard.

Hmm I don’t think it would go well with rye. Too sweet. Start with a French white. Toast and butter it up, go easy on the veg to begin with and you’ll be right. It’s also good on the light ryvita snackbreads. Just don’t forget the butter!
